The Flag City Phantoms exist to provide a competitive platform for player growth and exposure within the PFA. Our mission is to:

  • Develop athletes through high-level competition and coaching

  • Prepare players for advancement opportunities beyond the PFA

  • Represent Flag City with pride, accountability, and toughness

  • Compete for championships while maintaining league integrity and respect
